A modern and patient-focused healthcare clinic in the Cayman Islands is seeking both a Senior Patient Services Coordinator and a Patient Services Coordinator to join its growing team.

Successful candidates will serve as key points of contact for patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
The Opportunities
The Patient Services Coordinators will support front desk operations, patient communications, appointment scheduling, and administrative coordination within the clinic.
These positions require strong attention to detail, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a patient-centered healthcare environment.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception & Front Desk
- Welcome and check in/out patients while creating a professional and welcoming first impression
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Direct communications to the appropriate clinical or administrative staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage provider schedules, appointments, and patient follow-ups
- Coordinate treatment and procedure scheduling, including preparation of required documentation
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
Records & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation
- Assist with administrative reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks
- Monitor office and clinical supply inventory and coordinate reorders when needed
Patient Communication & Service
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients regarding appointments and treatment instructions
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Support high levels of patient satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up
Operations & Team Support
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards
- Assist with operational improvements and implementation of new systems or processes
- Collaborate closely with both administrative and clinical teams to support efficient clinic operations
🎯 Requirements
- Previous experience within a healthcare, veterinary, medical office, hospitality, or customer-facing administrative environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage scheduling, administrative workflows, and patient communications
- Strong proficiency with patient management or electronic health record systems (EHR/PM/CRM) preferred
- Professional, compassionate, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
