Introduction
LePar Animal Hospital has been servicing the Evergreen Park/Oak Lawn/south Chicagoland area since 1948 and we continue to grow! We need more techs and assistants to help us provide amazing care for the companion animals trusted to us and the people who love them.
About us
LePar Animal Hospital is a privately owned, well-established & modern 10 doctor practice offering alternative services in addition to progressive conventional medicine. Our full-service small animal hospital offers digital radiography, digital dental radiography, digital ultrasound, in house chemistry and CBC analyzers, on-site chemotherapy services, and orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, as well as acupuncture, chiropractic care, and on-site stem cell and PRP therapy. Our extensive equipment list includes LigaSure vessel sealing system, plasma sterilizer, sterile cautery, SmartFlow patient management system, Vet-Tome extraction system, all digital imaging, oxygen cage and oxygen generator, Cubex dispensing cabinet, doppler, and more.

About You
We are looking for energetic individuals who are proactive and like to stay busy, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Do you have experience as a veterinary technician or assistant and are committed to providing excellent care to your patients? If you believe in unprecedented customer service and strive to strengthen the human-animal bond, we’d love to hear from you!
About This Role
Use or develop your entire skill set including but not limited to gentle and effective patient restraint, filling prescriptions, topical and oral medication administration, assisting with x-rays, and client education.
Use or develop skills such as blood drawing, IV catheter placement, anesthesia induction and monitoring, surgery prep and nursing, x-ray positioning, emergency procedures, and client education.
Develop new skills in a nurturing environment.
Follow our Fear Free protocol to ensure our patients are comfortable and stress free.
Help maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere where we work hard and encourage each other to learn and grow.
Some Saturday and evening availability is needed
