Part Time Veterinary Receptionist Jobs in Gilbert, AZ at Warner Vista Animal Hospital
We are looking for a friendly part time veterinary receptionist for our front desk. The receptionist position duties include: taking client calls, relaying messages to and from doctors and other staff members, scheduling appointments, taking payment for services and purchases, checking in appointments and getting patients placed in exam rooms in a timely manner, scheduling surgical procedures, answering client questions and many other duties as needed to provide excellent patient and client care. Knowledge of cornerstone veterinary software is a plus. Veterinary front desk experience and or veterinary technician experience is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
