Beacon Veterinary Specialists is a well-established emergency and specialty practice in Fremont. We are searching for multiple part-time Registered Veterinary Technicians to join our dynamic team of professionals! We are happy to offer flexible scheduling, and consistent hours on a weekly or monthly basis!
We’re offering a competitive base hourly wage of $30 – $40/hr and a $5.10/hour shift differential! We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players interested in emergency medicine. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are ready to expand their veterinary careers!
You’d be a great fit if you:
Are a Registered Veterinary Technician in am emergency or specialty setting
Want to elevate the level of medicine you’re practicing
Strive to provide each client with compassion and care
Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Your primary responsibilities:
Performing or assisting in physical examinations
Participating in state-of-the-art surgeries including emergency, orthopedic, neurologic, and soft tissue
Anesthesia Monitoring
Client communication and education
Recommendation of treatment plans with estimated costs
Carrying out tasks as requested by the Veterinarian

Primary care veterinarians refer cases to us that require special treatment that they aren’t able to provide in their own hospital.
