Part Time Kennel Technician position includes but is not limited to the feeding, cleaning, and general care of the animals boarding at our hospital. Laundry, dishes, and general cleanliness of the kennel area and outdoor runs. Assistance to the nurses and doctors for an array of medical procedures and restraint is also common- a great experience for anyone looking to get more involved with animals or veterinary medicine!
This position is currently part time (up to 25 hours/week). We are looking for both morning and evening shift availability, including weekends and holidays. Morning hours are 7-3, and evening hours are 3-8 weekends and weekdays, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
