As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to help manage our expanding operations and play a vital role in our success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Xero Accounting: Manage all aspects including bank reconciliations, stock, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.

Order Processing: Input wholesale, eBay, Amazon, and website orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Xero, while managing back orders and stock updates.

Reconciliations: Ensure Amazon, Shopify, and other payment platforms are accurately reconciled with Xero.

Supplier & Payment Management: Process accounts payable, advise on payment schedules, and handle currency exchanges.

VAT Returns: Prepare VAT returns and VAT postponement statements.

Stock Management: Oversee ordering, forecasting, receiving, and reconciling stock.

Financial Analysis: Produce profit & loss reports, cash flow forecasts, weekly sales analysis, and monthly financial summaries.

Year-End Support: Prepare accounts for submission to accountants and address related queries.

Customer & Supplier Liaison: Handle phone calls and email queries related to financial matters, including invoice queries, payment follow-ups, and account statements.

General Administration: Send out statements, chase overdue invoices, and issue saver cards and vouchers.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in bookkeeping with comprehensive Xero proficiency.

Strong skills in Excel, Word, and financial reporting.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or a willingness to learn.

Ability to manage stock, reconcile accounts, and produce accurate financial reports.

A detail-oriented, proactive, and independent worker.

Comfortable liaising with suppliers and customers regarding financial queries.
