Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency medical calls swiftly and deliver high-quality pre-hospital clinical care.
- Administer advanced life support (ALS) treatments, including medication administration, intubation and cardiac monitoring.
- Assess patient conditions rapidly and make critical, time-sensitive decisions regarding stabilization and transport.
- Coordinate with hospital emergency department staff and other first responders to ensure seamless transition of patient care.
- Maintain emergency vehicles, medical equipment and pharmaceutical inventory in a state of constant operational readiness.
Job Requirements:
- Active State or National Registry Paramedic (NREMT-P) certification.
- Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
- Associate degree in Emergency Medical Services.
- Strong communication, crisis management and decision-making skills under high-pressure situations.
