Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Rise Pet Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Overnight Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are a new specialty and emergency veterinary hospital that is putting an emphasis on our commitment to high-quality care, exceptional customer service, and employee wellness. Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
Provide knowledgeable and compassionate guidance to clients regarding veterinary services, procedures, and products.
Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans, follow-ups, and medication instructions.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the call room and welcome area, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients and their pets.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
Strive to exceed client expectations by going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
Emergency phone triage knowledge a plus

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:
$23.00 – $26.00/Hour
This position is for overnight shifts, either four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts, including one weekend night.
