Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is seeking a dedicated Overnight Kennel Assistant to join their team!

Pay: $19.97 – $22.41/hr
This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system. We offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, based on a 4-hour minimum.
Examples of shift differentials include:
Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential
Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential
Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential

Role Responsibilities:
Attend to the basic needs of hospital patients and clean the hospital facility, equipment, and tools.
Assist with basic patient care, including safe restraint during treatments.
Observe patients for health concerns and report findings.
Maintain cleanliness by disinfecting areas, preparing meals, cleaning cages, bedding, and litter boxes.
Safely restrain patients during treatments.
Provide routine attention, including walking dogs.
Maintain hospital equipment and report patient voids.
Handle laundry and ensure cleanliness of the facility.
