Outdoor Program/Camp Manager Jobs in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA at Groundworks New Mexico
This position develops and executes girl experiences with an outdoor focus. The position is based out of the Albuquerque Service Center for 8-10 months of the year, with the remaining 2-4 months based at one or both camp properties.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Conducts multiple events each month covering all regions of the council within a 12-month period.
Provides direction and leadership for summer camp (resident, troop, and family), day camp, and alumni camp during the camp season.
Supports volunteer-led outdoor trainings and outdoor programs and camps.
Other Information/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with four years of directly related work experience.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment; ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
Experience in successfully developing and executing youth programs.
