Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Healthcare Referral Partner to generate new business within the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for individuals who have an existing network of doctors or the ability to build one through in-person, marketing, or outbound calling outreach and relationship development.

This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new client accounts by visiting private practices, leveraging personal networks, and building referral pipelines. Once a deal is closed, accounts are transitioned to our account management teams.

This opportunity is especially well-suited for current practice consultants, healthcare consultants, or professionals already serving medical practices who want to add an additional revenue stream without operational burden.

Rate:

Commission Only ($2,000 per Closed Deal)

No cap on commission

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Networking

  • Build and maintain relationships with private practice owners (medical, dental, veterinary, etc.)
  • Leverage your existing network or develop new referral channels
  • Attend local events, visit offices, and create partnerships in your territory

Outbound Sales & Prospecting

  • Conduct in-person visits and outreach to clinics and practices
  • Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations

Sales Process & Closing

  • Present our services in a clear, value-driven way
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoff post-sale

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently works with or consults for medical practices and wants to generate additional income from their existing network
  • Has an existing network of healthcare providers or strong ability to build one quickly
  • Comfortable with in-person, outbound sales and relationship building
  • Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Experience in healthcare, staffing, or B2B sales preferred
