Kika Des Suites is seeking an experienced Operations & Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our serviced apartments, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the serviced apartments, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Drive revenue growth by maximizing occupancy through direct bookings, OTA optimization, corporate partnerships, and long-stay business.
  • Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
  • Manage reservations, guest arrivals and departures, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, and front office teams to maintain high property standards.
  • Monitor property performance, operating costs, budgets, and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, travel agents, and booking partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality properties.
  • Proven experience in operations management and revenue generation.
  • Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) and channel management.
  • Experience in corporate sales, occupancy management, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain high service standards while achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
