Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
As a Operations Manager you will provide:Â
Excellent Leadership & Team Management. Â
Client Relationship Management (including new business and retention of clients).Â
Delivery of new business and sales targets. Â
EBITDAR and financial management/strategy.Â
Business quarterly budgeting and forecasting.Â
Schedule rota and annual leave management.Â
New Business and Marketing Strategy.Â
Health and Safety and Compliance (inc. SOP creation/risk assessments/COSHH/Crisis Management)Â
Recruitment of new team members.Â
Performance management of team members. Â
Â
Qualifications and Education RequirementsÂ
MindBody software and booking experience (desirable)Â Â
2 to 3 years experience in a Senior Management position/role. Â
Skills and AttributesÂ

This is a full-time position and working hours are aligned with business needs and will include evenings and weekends to ensure care is available when it matters most.Â
