We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to support our Veterinary Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth daily running of our office and operations by providing reliable administrative support, team coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
You’ll report directly to the Director of Business Operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to keep everything moving efficiently behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
People Support & HR
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Schedule interviews and tests, coordinate orientation sessions
Liaise with HR and Finance to maintain up-to-date records
Operational Support
Monitor analyst productivity and performance
Ensure daily team coverage and help manage resource gaps
Be the go-to person for crisis resolution (internet, power, water outages, etc.)
Oversee office supplies, sanitation, and general office hygiene
Ensure COVID protocols and compliance are maintained
Administrative Support
Compile team statistics and individual analyst reports
Coordinate quarterly performance reviews
Manage internal meetings, including scheduling and note-taking
Support the Director of Operations with various administrative tasks
General Responsibilities
Attend team meetings, training, and other duties as required
Flexibility to support tasks beyond standard hours when needed
What We’re Looking For
✅ Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (advantageous)
✅ 2–4 years’ experience in operations, admin, or related roles
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ High attention to detail, initiative, and discretion with confidential info
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, can-do attitude
Working Environment
This is a full-time, office-based role. Our operations run 24/7, but your regular work hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with flexibility required for occasional off-hours support.
