Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Wago App in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing products & inventory/warehouse, speaking to suppliers and manufacturers and finding them, optimizing processes, ensuring same day delivery, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Service Delivery skills
Management and Leadership abilities
Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Capable of running operations
Experience in the pet care industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience with Mobile Applications
Experience or passion for pets
3+ years experience
