Responsibilities & Context
- Initiate and execute post sales services to customers and ensure customer retention.
- Identify training needs and organize training for farmers/customers to increase industry awareness.
- Support sales team to achieve monthly sales target for DOC and feed.
- Collect and combine market reports of competitors` product-line for reporting to Management.
- Compare and analyze reports to find out market position of Kazi Farms and their competitors.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), B.Sc in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Agro Farm Management
- Skills: Customer Care, Customer Relationship, Call Center Operation
