Job Description
Our corporate client is looking for a clinical nursing manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
They are a busy small animal first opinion practice in the centre of Newmarket. They will soon be undergoing a full practice refurbishment due to be completed in early 2025.
They have a team of 7 RVNs, 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Client Care colleagues, they work alongside in-house specialists which consist of a cardiologist, an ophthalmologist and an orthopaedic surgeon.
The role is full-time combining 4 days of clinical activity and 1 day off clinic for administrational duties. The role is key to the business’s ability to provide a high level of clinical standards. This will include strategic, professional and operational leadership to the nursing team across the practice and also provide a nursing voice at a senior level.
The successful candidate will be an experienced RVN with proven experience in leading and managing an RVN team but will benefit from the support of the Clinical Director, Practice Manager and Regional Nursing Manager.
The role is full time working 40 hours per week with 1 in 7 weekends.
