Responsibilities:

Opening the nursery in the morning andclosing at the end of the business day.
Hiringand training nursery staff.
Creating staff workrosters and delegating duties.
Ordering nurserystock including soil, stones, fertilizers, shrubs, plants, andtrees.
Growing plants, trees, and shrubs to useas stock.
Monitoring watering times, soilconditions, and plant positions.
Monitoringweather conditions and paying special attention to hot or coldtemperatures.
Creating attractive garden andplant displays.
