About the Role
Habib Bank AG Zurich is seeking reliable and detail‑oriented NOC Manager to monitor and support the bank’s IT and network infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system availability, timely incident response, and smooth 24/7 operations in a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance using network monitoring tools
- Proactively identify, log, and respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents
- Perform initial troubleshooting of network and system issues
- Escalate incidents to relevant teams as per defined procedures
- Manage and update incident and service tickets using ticketing systems
- Ensure adherence to incident management and SLA processes
- Support networking activities (TCP/IP, connectivity checks)
- Maintain clear documentation and shift handover notes
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Qualifications
- 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Networking from a reputable university
Preferred Certifications & Skills
- CCNA and/or ITIL certification
- Strong understanding of network monitoring and incident management
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in rotational or shift-based environments
- Experience in enterprise or banking environments is an advantage
- Tools required: Zabbix, WhatsApp Gold, etc
