Looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist/assistant for an established, 2 veterinarian small animal practice in Orchard Park. Veterinary experience strongly preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling/confirming appointments, answering calls, invoicing clients, checking accuracy of client records, maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, greeting patients, and providing the highest level of customer service. Assisting with patients and appointments is also required. Availability one evening per week and Saturdays necessary.
