Looking for a leader willing buckle down and get maintenance projects completed on time, but willing to offer next level service to our clients with expert gardening information.
The Role:
Precision & Power We need a hybrid specialist—someone with the “soft touch” required for fine gardening and the “grit” to handle high-production maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ properties look pristine year-round, blending horticultural knowledge with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pruning, weeding, and maintaining Texas native plants according to their specific seasonal needs.
- Efficiently operating riding mowers and power equipment to maintain large residential and commercial lawns within scheduled time frames.
- Monitoring plant health, soil conditions, and irrigation needs to provide proactive care.
- Acting as a brand ambassador on-site, identifying opportunities for property enhancements and helping the team maintain a reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:
- Deep familiarity with Texas native species and their maintenance cycles.
- Skilled in operating riding mowers, blowers, and trimmers safely and quickly.
- Willingness to pivot from meticulous hand-pruning to large-scale mowing without hesitation.
- A track record of punctuality and hard work in the Texas heat.
- An entrepreneurial spirit—you want to see the company succeed and grow alongside you.
Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour (Based on experience)
