Main Functions
Perform microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process and finished products;
Conduct stability and wayer studies, using pharmacopoeial methods such as pathogen research;
Microbial count of mesophilic microorganisms;
Environmental monitoring;
Review and development of area procedures;
Preparation of culture media, solutions and reagents.
Technical skills
Required
Higher education in Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedicine or related areas
Experience in food, human or veterinary pharmaceutical industries
Knowledge of GMP, BLP, IN’s, RDC’s standards
Use of pharmacopoeias and other literature
Intermediate Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
