Your Role

As a Medical Officer, you will:

• Conduct patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatments.

• Deliver preventive care through screenings, vaccinations, and health education.

• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.

• Provide acute care for short term illnesses and injuries.

• Participate in community health outreach and awareness activities.

• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold medical/legal standards.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinic development initiatives.

Performance Targets

• Minimum 10 patient consultations per day.

• At least 5 minor procedures per week.

• Regular preventive care and screenings.

• Monthly community health engagement activities.

• 100% compliance in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid license to practice.

• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in public health and/or rural communities.

• Leadership and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure.
