Ideal Qualifications
California licensed veterinarian in good standing with active DEA license
3-5 years clinical experience with demonstrated excellence in patient care
Passion for Fear-Free practice principles and low-stress handling techniques
Natural leadership abilities with mentorship experience (preferred)
Business acumen and understanding of practice economics
Exceptional communication skills and team-building capabilities
