San Roque Pet Hospital located in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, is ready to welcome a Medical Director & Associate Veterinarian to our dedicated team of Veterinarians, experienced technicians & friendly support staff. We offer a great leadership opportunity for an Experienced Veterinarian. Our
ideal candidate:
- Will have an interest in dentistry and strong oral surgery skills are preferred.
- Possess a broad knowledge of preventive and sick veterinary medicine.
- Use good judgment in patient assessment, diagnostics and therapeutics planning with ability to identify and communicate this knowledge to team members and clients.
- Enjoy working individually and as a team with a great work ethic.
- Have strong people skills, focused on quality of care and excels at assuring client satisfaction.

Our compensation package includes:
- Competitive Associate Veterinarian salary starting at $150,000 to $180,000 (BOE).
- Medical Director Salary (Up to $200K) includes an additional monthly Stipend & Higher Production Percentage.
- We offer a great quarterly no negative deficit production plan.
- Lucrative sign-on/commitment/relocation bonuses.
