Huber Heights Animal Hospital, a Care Vet partner,has a tremendous opportunity to join our thriving practice in Dayton, OH! Our Medical Directors dedicate over 90% of their time to practicing medicine, allowing them to stay fully engaged in patient care while leading the team. This position offers a six-figure starting salary plus production, additional Medical Director compensation, clinical support, work/life balance, and an Equity Bonus Package valued up to $90,000 —a real investment in your future!

Our practice is well-equipped with digital X-ray, dental X-rays, dental equipment, therapy lasers, and ultrasound, providing the tools needed to deliver outstanding patient care. As our Medical Director, you will lead a dedicated team while shaping the future of our practice, all while leveraging your strong surgical and leadership skills.
Job Summary:
The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered.
In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of Care Vet leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment.
