Join our Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic in Tonawanda, NY, just a short distance from Buffalo. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead our practice. Joint ownership is an option, but not a requirement.
As Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director, you’ll provide medical leadership, oversee veterinarians, ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, and promote continuous education for our team.
You will collaborate with the Hospital Manager to oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and strategic planning. Monitoring financial reports will be key to practice success.
You’ll lead recruitment, mentor staff, develop compliance protocols, and foster a positive workplace culture to maximize team performance and patient care.
Be part of a dynamic team of 13 doctors and support staff, driving practice growth and community engagement. Implement strategies to enhance client service, marketing, and overall success.
Our state-of-the-art facility includes exam rooms, treatment areas, an in-house lab, digital radiology, ultrasound, and advanced medical equipment. Your contributions will help deliver exceptional veterinary care.
