Our compensation package includes a starting base salary up to $200,000, monthly production with no-negative accrual, and yearlyleadershipstipend.We offer agreat benefits packageincluding, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life anddisability insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
