The practice has four exam rooms, a comfort room, and a skilled team of 4 DVMs, supported by an amazing staff who are passionate about providing excellent care.
As Medical Director, you’ll take the lead in ensuring your team continues to deliver the highest level of care, while having the chance to make a lasting impact on the practice’s growth. With a perfect balance of clinical and leadership duties, you’ll spend around 80-90% of your time with patients, while the remaining time will be spent guiding and mentoring your team. Whether you’re looking to expand your leadership skills or have years of experience, this role offers the support you need to thrive. Leadership training is part of this package, with a comprehensive program designed to fine-tune your business and people skills.

About You:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
Hold a Minnesota State License in good standing or have the ability to obtain one
Ideally 2+ years of Associate experience
Leadership experience is preferred but not essential
Good communication skills
Invested in the clinic and the role
Passionate about providing exceptional veterinary medicine
