Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Team Lead to manage end-to-end billing operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient revenue cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete medical billing lifecycle using EHR systems
- Ensure timely claim submissions and effective denial management
- Lead, mentor, and train the billing team
- Monitor KPIs such as claim turnaround time, denial rates, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing workflows
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CPT, and ICD-10
- Manage escalations, audits, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems, medical coding, and billing workflows
- Experience in claims management, denials handling, and payer communication
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SaaS-based systems
Working Hours
- Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Winter: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
