Salary: $140,000-$170,000 Base + 22% Production (ProSal) + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance Available

About the Role:
As Managing Veterinarian, you will split your time between clinical duties and medical leadership. You’ll guide our medical team, ensure excellence in patient care, and play a key role in the hospital’s financial and cultural success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing medical and surgical cases and ensuring top-tier care standards
Coaching and mentoring associate veterinarians
Driving medical quality, innovation, and client communication excellence
Partnering with the Hospital Manager to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
Supporting staff development through training and feedback
Leading community engagement efforts and strengthening hospital visibility
Managing hospital performance metrics, financial planning, and team morale

Competitive ProSal pay structure: $150,000-$190,000 base + 22% production

Qualifications:
DVM/VMD with an active license in New York (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
