rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, integrating five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an

eco-friendly

resort.

Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

Transition Planning with development groups for East Node Indoor Attractions (ENIA).Plan and manage Horticulture operations, analyze resources to achieve higher efficiency and productivity – provide direction and guidance to the team to achieve quality and timely completion of work tasks.

Liaise with stakeholders for day-to-day needs and plan for ad hoc requests within the limited time without affecting the original maintenance schedule.

Propose landscape enhancement/development work, research & conservation collaborations.

Control & enforce departmental policies aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

Develop fiscal year work plan in terms of productivity and

innovation

.

Establish goals/objectives & delegate tasks to the team.

Participate and present proposals/job completion, initiatives, etc. in management meetings/site meetings with various departments/vendors/consultants, authorities, etc. as required.

Initiate & prepare necessary purchase requisitions, goods receipt, reservation, etc. including Capex & Opex through the SAP system.

Oversee horticulture operations to meet the original landscape design intent.

Monitor and coordinate with the Development Team for DLP management and record defects for timely clearance inspection leading to a smooth handover/takeover.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Botany, Horticulture, Forestry Science, Ecology, Environmental Science/Management, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Professional Accreditation such as AIH Certified Practising Horticulturist, ISA Certified Arborist, SILA Landscape Architect will be an added advantage.

Good plant knowledge, and prior experience in SESASMi and SAP will be an added advantage.
