Job Description
Operational responsibilities for following processes
- Visitor & Courier Management
- On boarding of new joiner & Resignation activities
- Stock Inventory and Invoice processing
- Housekeeping activities & Coordinating the Office Maintenance and repairs
- Travel coordination
- Attendance Management
- Event Coordination
- Work closely with People & Culture (HR) and IM (IT/Infra Management) teams for operational alignment
- Any other routine tasks of Administration
