About the Job:
The Client Servicing – Growth & Monetization role is responsible for servicing and driving commercial revenue and building strategic partnerships. The scope of the role includes the entire sales lifecycle—from presales activities such as market research, ideation and relationship-building, to core sales responsibilities including pitching, negotiating and closing deals. Post-sale, the role ensures smooth execution and delivery of fully integrated campaigns across branded content and digital platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
Client Servicing : Manage end to end relationship with existing and new clients.
Revenue Growth & Partnerships: Drive commercial revenue by building strategic partnerships.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Achieve revenue and yield targets by nurturing existing client relationships and onboarding new clients. Build a healthy sales pipeline with active prospects to ensure consistent business growth.
Client Engagement & Product Education:Conduct regular engagements with clients to communicate our value proposition, educate them on Brut’s IPs, new product offerings, and content formats. Actively promote new initiatives and solutions.
Relationship Management:Foster strong relationships with brand managers, agency partners, and decision-makers across levels to get new opportunities and stronger partnerships.
Strategic Account Planning:Design customized account-level strategies. Understand .
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with creative, editorial, events, and production teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful campaigns that meet client expectations.
Operational Excellence:Oversee administrative and commercial formalities related to client projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal processes.
Requirement:
Experience of 5-7 years with a bachelors/Masters Degree.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business (Cross-sell & Up-sell).
Successful track record of growing revenue, especially in branding and digital plattforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce.
Should be a strong Team player and someone who thrives on internet culture
