Essential Functions
* Ensure proper care of lawn and trees.
* Operate a riding lawnmower
* Operate a weed trimmer
* Utilize various hand tools and power tools
* Removal of weeds and spraying to prevent weeds
* Snow removal in the winter time with plow, snowblower or snow shovel
* Light maintenance in buildings including but not limited to drywall repair and painting.
* Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
* Obtain quotes for work needed on grounds by outside vendors.
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience,
Education

* High school diploma or GED
* Valid drivers license
* Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
