Position: MAINTENANCE MANAGER-FOLLETT TX

Braum’s Dairy Farm in Follett Texas is looking for an experienced Dairy Farm Maintenance Manager. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of the dairy farm, including supervising technicians and maintaining facilities, with a focus on quality. We have a 57 year reputation for the highest quality milk and dairy products. We have approximately 4,500 milking cows that are milked twice a day in our milking parlor.
This position works with the owners, dairy manager, farm manager, and other members of the management team. Compensation: $75,000-$95,000/yr. Housing with paid utilities will be provided as part of the compensation package.
This is a working manager role. The Maintenance Manger will make repairs to all of the dairy barn equipment, irrigation systems, farm equipment, and all of facilities on the farm. The position emphasizes ensuring the uptime of equipment through preventative maintenance and addressing any issues that arise. Must have experience in PLC’s, 480 3-phase, VFD’s, ammonia refrigeration systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, welding, and mechanical systems.
