Pay Range

Position Overview
This role supervises a small crew performing landscape maintenance, ensuring adherence to horticultural practices, and managing communication with clients and supervisors.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with clients and team members.
Manage equipment, supplies, and paperwork.
Ensure safety protocols and proper equipment checks.
Complete daily and weekly maintenance and safety checks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, with 3+ years relevant experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
Ability to operate various vehicles and equipment safely.
Effective communication skills in English.
Ability to perform manual tasks in outdoor conditions.
Working Conditions
Outdoor environment with physical activity.
Extended hours during peak seasons.
Exposure to weather, noise, and mechanical hazards.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
