Job Summary
The Maintenance Crew Member will be responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance tasks at residential and/or commercial properties. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Maintain landscaped areas by weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting as needed
- Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Assist with clean-up and debris removal at job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently
- Communicate respectfully with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience (but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
