Job Title: LÃder del equipo de mantenimiento/conductor
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Practical knowledge of commercial mowing and maintenance equipment, including lawn mowers, walk-behind trimmers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and gas-powered hedge trimmers.
Ability to identify weeds in landscape beds and planting areas.
Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and in inclement weather.
Effective communication skills with crew leader and ability to follow simple instructions.
Prolonged periods of walking, stretching, bending, kneeling, and ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Job tasks may include digging, raking, planting, and operating various types of electric equipment/lawn mowers.
