Role Description The Logistics and Billing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL. This position coordinates day-to-day order processing, shipment planning, and delivery tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The coordinator prepares and verifies invoices, manages billing documentation, and maintains accurate records in billing and logistics systems. The role includes communicating with internal teams, warehouses, carriers, and customers to resolve shipping, billing, and inventory discrepancies. The coordinator also supports continuous improvement of logistics and billing processes, monitors key metrics, and assists with reporting and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Billing and invoicing skills, including Billing Process, Invoicing, and familiarity with Billing Systems.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to review data, reconcile discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
  • Experience with logistics coordination, order management, and shipment tracking.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems) and data entry accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in billing, logistics, supply chain, or related roles preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business,supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
