A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Line Manager to lead a team of Medical Representatives and drive sales excellence in the field.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives
• Monitor field performance and track KPIs to ensure target achievement
• Execute sales strategies and promotional plans effectively
• Conduct regular field visits and provide on-the-job coaching
• Deliver product and selling skills training to team members
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Prepare and present performance reports to management
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine
• 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and medical promotion
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Proven experience in sales planning and execution
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong analytical and performance management skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
