As the Lift Operations Lead Hand, you will be responsible for operating large grooming equipment and managing a crew in winter conditions. Engage in implementing the Winter Grooming Program, ensuring the highest production for skiing activities. Essential skills include mechanical troubleshooting and effective communication, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grooming equipment and lead trail maintenance

• Coordinate grooming with Snow making and Operations Supervisors

• Inspect and maintain grooming equipment efficiently

• Respond to public safety inquiries and concerns

• Assist with crew training and performance reviews

Requirements:

• High school education and one year of related experience

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent

• Current First Aid and CPR Level C/AED Certificates

• WHMIS 2015 Certificate

• 500–1,000 hours operating grooming equipment preferred
