Our successful small animal practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join us as the Managing DVM! With our current leader ready to pass the torch, this is a rare opportunity for a growth-oriented individual to take on a leadership role and shape the future of our steady-paced, team-focused practice. We’re thrilled to welcome a new generation of leadership to guide our dedicated team across two locations.
As the Managing DVM, you’ll provide both medical and operational leadership, overseeing associate veterinarians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment where high-quality medicine thrives. You’ll also steer the practice’s direction, enhance medical standards, and oversee financial performance to ensure continued growth. This role offers a unique multi-site opportunity, as you’ll also lead our sister location just over the border in Pine City, MN.
Together, these sites allow our cohesive team to build even deeper, lifelong relationships with our community and clients.
Our technical staff is highly engaged, providing hands-on support with technician appointments, surgery assistance, client communications, and more—ensuring you’re always supported and can manage your time effectively. With a balanced caseload of medical and surgical cases, this role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a steady-paced environment with a strong team dynamic.

DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
Valid state licensure and eligibility for DEA/BNDD in WI and MN.
Experience as a veterinarian with a passion for leadership and growth.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
