Clinic Hours
Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Every other Saturday: 9 AM – 12 PM (appointments & surgeries)
Position Summary
We’re looking for an organized, adaptable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll skillfully manage client communications, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and provide administrative support to our team while building positive relationships with patients and clients. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.
Qualifications
Veterinary office experience is a must (>1 year required; >2 years strongly preferred)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
A genuine passion for animals and client care
Schedule: Full-time or part-time available.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
