This position is offered at an anticipated pay range of $26-30/HR
$54,000-$63,400/yr. We also offer a sign on bonus or relocation assistance $2500.
What You’ll Do:
Make a lifesaving impact by providing care to shelter animals under the guidance of our skilled and compassionate DVM.
Be part of the community by assisting in our public clinics, helping pets and their families receive the care that they need.
Connect with purpose by communicating with pet parents, volunteers and other team members in a compassionate and empathetic manner, while maintaining directness.
Inspire and lead by guiding and training veterinary assistants, helping to strengthen our amazing veterinary team.
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Current LVT license in the state of Washington.
✨ Must be able to pass a background check as well as pass a urine test for non-legal substances.
✨ Experience preferred, but not required in practicing the technical and medical skills of an LVT. We can help train you to succeed in this position.
✨ Ability to remain calm and collected during high volume surgery dates and when interacting with members of the public.
✨ The perfect candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Patience and resilience will help the right candidate thrive in this position. Your ability to be a team player will elevate our team.
