Licensed Veterinary Technician- FT or PT Jobs in Hebron, KY at The Cat Vet of Hebron
- Skilled, gentle handling of feline patients and understanding feline body language
- Perform routine venipuncture, IV catheter placement, administer medications
- Take radiographs, monitor anesthesia and recovery. Take primary responsibility for pain management.
- Communicate effectively fielding phone calls, taking histories, and educating clients on medication and home care and basic care topics.
- Maintain infection control and orderly work environment

- Mentoring available for new grads. Advanced training in feline-specific techniques including local anesthesia, assisting in oral and soft tissue surgery, ultrasound, and feeding tubes.
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
