Overnight Emergency Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
Parkway Small Animal & Exotic Hospital – Clinton Township, MI
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – Overnight Shifts
Compensation: $30–$35/hour
Parkway Small Animal & Exotic Hospital—Veterinary United’s flagship location—is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team for overnight shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
As we expand our urgent care and overnight services, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, forward-thinking team in a hospital that’s equipped to support complex cases and advanced diagnostics—day or night.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality care and patient monitoring during overnight hours
Assist with urgent care triage, diagnostics, treatments, and anesthesia
Care for our guests at our premiere hospital and boarding facility
Perform radiographs, lab work, IV catheter placement, and other technical duties
Communicate clearly with DVMs and ensure smooth transitions between teams
Support our growing emergency caseload and help define protocols and standards

What We’re Looking For:
Active Michigan LVT license
Strong skills in patient care, anesthesia, and emergency support
Calm, confident presence during high-acuity cases
Previous overnight or ER experience preferred
Interest in exotics is a plus—we’ll help you grow your skills
