*Salary range $29.00-$40.00 per hour
Fremont Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time, experienced licensed veterinary technician to join our team. Our hospital group loves our clients and their pets like family and also feels the same way about each other.

We’re hoping to find a technician who knows how to make people and pets feel welcome, has exceptional communication skills, experience assisting in surgery, and is committed to building relationships with our pet parents, we can offer you:

The ideal candidate would have experience with the following (with continued training available as needed):
Maintaining complete medical records
Providing compassionate, gentle care with patients
Surgical monitoring and intubation
IV catheter placement and venipuncture
Dental prophylactics, dental radiographs, and extractions
Filling prescriptions
Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging in house (or a willingness to learn)
Including but not limited to, manually running a urinalysis, looking at ear cytology’s, making a blood smear slide, taking full body radiographs)
The ideal candidate would also focus on:

We will offer a variety of services to our clients:
Wellness and sick pet exams
Elective and non-elective surgeries
Dentistry with full mouth digital radiographs and extractions if/as needed
In house ultrasonography
Full body digital radiography
Nutrition counselling
Behavior consultations
