What We Offer:
- Comprehensive Experience: 12-month rotational program covering all operational aspects, from milk receiving to packaging.
- Skill Development: Expertise and experience in production, quality, safety and leadership skills to motivate and lead a team.
- Career Advancement: Potential for a continued leadership role as a Production Supervisor nationwide upon program completion.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduates in Engineering, Agriculture, Dairy Science, Dairy Manufacturing, Biochemistry or Food Science.
- Individuals eager to learn and develop leadership skills in our Production organization.
