Job Description
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking an experienced RVN to provide maternity cover.
The role is a full-time position working 4 days per week with a 1 in 3 weekend rota. There are no OOH or overnight inpatient checks, ensuring a good work-life balance.
The successful candidate will oversee the clinical team’s day-to-day operations, support the development of the nursing and VCA teams, and ensure high clinical standards are maintained. Strong leadership, organisational, and mentoring skills are essential.
The team consists of dedicated Vets, RVNs, and VCAs, all committed to delivering high standards of care. The practice is based in a well-equipped, spacious, and modern facility in West London and is fitted with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and a bright, open workspace.
